How to determine and calculate the pressure difference of each cylinder in an engine.
CA6102: 934KPa EQ6100 is not less than 834KPa, the limit for the fourth cylinder is 670KPa, which does not meet the requirements. Each cylinder should be checked and the average of two measurements calculated: then calculate the average pressure of the six cylinders.

Gas pressure technical standards:
CA6102: 934KPa EQ6100 is not less than 834KPa, the limit of use is 670KPa. The fourth cylinder does not meet the conditions and should check and calculate the average value of two measurements for each cylinder: then calculate the average pressure of the six cylinders.
Calculate whether the pressure difference of each cylinder exceeds 6% of the average value.
The maximum value of the average is: 802.5 x (1 + 5%) = 842.625Kp8. The minimum value of the average is: 8025 x (1 - 5%) = 762.375Kpa.
The measured average value is between (762.375 - 842625) Kpa, which meets the requirements. The fourth cylinder is less than the average value and should be checked.
Measuring cylinder pressure is a simple and scientific method for diagnosing engine faults. Correctly using the method of measuring cylinder pressure can accurately and quickly diagnose some common engine faults, especially those that drivers and maintenance personnel should master.
The car should start smoothly at an ambient temperature not lower than -5 ℃, allowing no more than 3 starts, and each start should not exceed 5 seconds. More than 3 checks or exceeding 5 seconds is unqualified. Start the engine when hot. At normal operating temperature, it can start within 5 seconds. If it does not meet the requirements, the vacuum is unqualified. When the gasoline engine is idling, the vacuum in the intake manifold should be in the range of 57-70kpa. (Based on the plane) If it does not meet the requirements, it means the vacuum fluctuation range is unqualified. When the engine is started, the vacuum in the intake manifold fluctuates.
For a six-cylinder gasoline engine, it should not exceed 3kPa, and for a four-cylinder gasoline engine, it should not exceed 5kPa. Use a tachometer and vacuum gauge to check atmospheric pressure based on sea level.
(Standard) Unqualified cylinder pressure values are those that do not meet the requirements. The cylinder compression pressure should comply with the original design specifications. Use a tachometer. The pressure gauge of the gas cylinder checks for non-compliance. The pressure difference of each cylinder is the difference between the pressure of each cylinder and the average pressure of each cylinder. It should not exceed 89, and for diesel engines, it should not exceed 10%. Use a tachometer, cylinder pressure gauge, or engine comprehensive analyzer to measure non-compliance as unqualified.
